Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Tuned In Living endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

However, in case you would like to return or exchange the product, please follow the process below:

1. Intimate the customer service team either through email (aloha@tunedinliving.com) or phone (+91-8826841440) within two days of receiving the product mentioning reason for the return.

2. Only unused products in their original packaging are accepted for returns or exchange. Please pack the product back in its original packaging and keep it ready for return.

3. Tuned In Living will schedule a pickup at a convenient time. 

4. Once the product reaches us back, we'll inspect the product and if its in perfect condition the entire amount would be refunded back. Banks normally take 5 - 7 business days to process the refund after it is initiated from our end. 

5. Please note no refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

All refunds and exchange requests would be processed within 10 working days of intimation from customer. COD and partial order refunds will be made via bank transfer, and complete order refund of prepaid orders will be made via reverse charge. 

In case you change your mind after placing the order, you can cancel it within 30 minutes of placing the order by intimating the customer care through either call or email.
